Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, and procurement needs.
- Conduct supplier qualification and local market research.
- Initiate and track the procurement process, including supplier evaluation and purchase requests.
- Manage contract preparation, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead efforts to promote safety and integrity within the workplace.
- Organize and maintain the Canadian Real Estate team's archive library.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management.
- Experience in industrial real estate project management, including contract management.
- Strong background in project management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Ariba.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingual).
