Job Description - Director, Product Management

We’re looking for a Director, Product Management to join the AgencyAnalytics team!



AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and scaling their efforts through data & automation. We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative team working towards transforming the way that marketing agencies are supported - and we’re only getting started!




Reporting directly to our VP of Product, you will have the opportunity to refine our practice of product management and drive our product strategy while enabling the coaching, career development, and growth of our product managers.



You’re a strategic thinker, care deeply about delivering the most value and best experience to customers, and have a bias towards considered action. You’ve managed B2B SaaS products ideally in a product-led growth environment. You’re skilled at building & empowering high-performing PM teams, are comfortable enabling day-to-day execution, and are excited to be part of a growing business.

As the Director of Product Management, you will:


  • Lead and manage a team of 5 product managers working across a mix of platform improvements, growth initiatives, and 0-1 innovation

  • Own and refine our product management process to enable continuous discovery, data-informed decisions, and rapid iteration

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders on our vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Build a high-performance PM team by upskilling the team, hiring effectively, and establishing strong cross-functional alignment

  • Coach and mentor product managers providing them with regular feedback, career development, and growth opportunities

  • Enable and support key strategic initiatives ensuring clear ties to business goals, measurable impact, and cross-functional alignment

  • You have 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a role managing PMs

  • You have led PMs to execute with a clear impact against product and business goals

  • You leverage data, research, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions and foster a culture of continuous discovery in your team

  • You like deeply understanding customer needs and behaviour, proactively incorporating market & customer insights into your products

  • You’re empathetic and value building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization

  • You are experienced at hiring, retaining, and engaging talented PMs and have done so successfully in a prior role

  • You are a strong people leader, able to coach PMs at all levels, to foster their growth, and to nurture their career development

  • You’re flexible and enjoy working with a remote, distributed team

  • Experience with pricing & monetization of SaaS products is a big plus

  • Familiarity with marketing agencies or the MarTech space is an asset
