We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for explaining clients permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Build and maintain client relationships
Engage with clients via phone and zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits
Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards
Proficiency with Zoom
Requirements:
Education requirements: High school Diploma
