The role focuses on optimizing and scaling the operational foundation behind a global go-to-market organization.
You will design and improve revenue processes that enable Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to perform more efficiently.
This position combines strategic thinking, process expertise, and hands-on execution to remove friction across the revenue lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
As a GTM Rev Ops Process Manager, you will lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen collaboration across revenue teams. You will transform business strategies into actionable processes while ensuring systems, data, and teams are aligned to support growth.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving Sales, SDR, and Marketing effectiveness by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- Design, optimize, and document go-to-market processes, including lead management, routing, qualification, handoffs, and pipeline progression.
- Partner with revenue teams and technology stakeholders to identify process gaps, define requirements, and deliver operational improvements.
- Create current-state and future-state workflow documentation to ensure solutions address business outcomes and measurable objectives.
- Support initiatives from concept through implementation by prioritizing opportunities based on revenue impact, data insights, and operational needs.
- Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, timelines, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Support CRM and system enhancements through workflow design, requirement gathering, testing, deployment preparation, and continuous optimization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business process management, with a strong ability to connect strategy, technology, and execution. You should be comfortable navigating complex organizations, influencing stakeholders, and using data to drive operational decisions.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or related process/program management roles.
- Proven experience designing and improving cross-functional go-to-market processes, particularly across lead-to-opportunity workflows.
- Strong understanding of CRM and GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Power BI, and LeanData.
- Ability to translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into structured requirements, process maps, and execution plans.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with detailed operational execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
