As a Healthcare Professionals Network Coordinator, you play a crucial role for Dynacare and act as a true representative of the company. You are responsible for recruiting and onboarding independent healthcare professionals (HPs) for the Dynacare Insurance Solutions and wellness businesses. Reporting to the Director, APS, you actively build and maintain a pool of qualified HPs, administer recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and selection processes, and administer onboarding to ensure a seamless provider experience. In collaboration with the Director and department managers, you support recruitment strategies, identify opportunities to improve processes and the provider experience.

How YOU will make a difference:
Source and recruit qualified health professionals to join the insurance collections and wellness network by: • Posting jobs on recruitment platforms such as Indeed, industry associations, educational institutes etc. • Screening prospective providers to assess position requirements. • Arranging interviews with Mobile operations managers or designates. • Acting as point of contact with prospective providers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. • Facilitate background checks to verify qualifications such as work experience, education, certifications etc. • Maintaining recruitment records such as service delivery, fill rates, posting activities etc. • Providing regular reports to operations team. Provider Contracting and Onboarding • Preparing independent contractor agreements for mobile operations manager review and approval. • Sending contracts and other documents to prospective providers. • Ensuring all required contracts, forms, agreements, and other documents are properly completed and entered in the appropriate system / database. • Liaising with operations managers and providers on the training and onboarding schedule. • Monitoring completion of required training, testing, certifications, and other onboarding activities. Equipment, Materials and System Access • Sending required equipment, supplies, or other assigned materials and other resources to newly contracted providers. • Tracking equipment and materials provided to provider. • Facilitating user access and profiles in applicable databases, systems, and online platforms.
What YOU bring to the role:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent required • 1-2 years of previous administrative, customer service, coordination, or office experience • Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, email, databases, and web-based applications • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes. • Bilingualism in English and French • Previous work experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a healthcare environment is an asset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Comfortable navigating websites and web-based applications. • Ability to learn internal databases and systems. • Basic troubleshooting skills are an asset. • Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset but not required.
Social Process Skills • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Professional and respectful when communicating with candidates and internal teams. • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. • Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Comfortable working with computer systems and online platforms. • Ability to identify missing information and follow up to obtain it. • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
