Accountabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, delivering strategic insights and recommendations on business decisions.
- Develop compelling business cases by identifying organizational needs, evaluating options, and assessing return on investment.
- Establish strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and design execution roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
- Perform independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Monitor performance, anticipate challenges, and address issues proactively.
- Apply creativity to solve complex, ambiguous problems and adapt to shifting trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with business and financial goals.
- Network externally to gather competitive insights and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management consulting experience desired, preferably with experience in banking or financial services.
- 5+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products, client segmentation, and business strategy.
- Ability to distill complex data into simple, compelling insights.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Curious, proactive, and impact-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
