Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

We’re a high-growth consultancy that helps modern B2B companies scale through optimized Sales, Marketing & Customer Success operations. As a Salesforce partner, we support ambitious clients across Europe with smart, scalable CRM architectures.

We’re now hiring a Salesforce Developer to help build innovative, robust, and user-friendly CRM solutions.

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.

• Design and implement integrations (REST APIs, middleware, third-party tools).

• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Consultants on project delivery.

• Maintain and optimize existing orgs – implement scalable and reusable code.

• Write tests and documentation, and share knowledge with the team.

• 2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows

• Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado), and test automation.

• Ideally certified (Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher).

• Team player, proactive mindset, and strong English skills.

• German is a plus, but not required.
