The Role

As a SDR at Minga, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth by owning the top of the funnel and setting the foundation for a strong, high-quality pipeline.
Reporting to the SDR Manager, Katie, you’ll lead by example in how we prospect, engage, and qualify potential customers, while bringing a thoughtful, strategic approach to outbound and inbound outreach.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with outsized impact. You’ll influence how we refine our sales motion, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing, and help shape best practices as the team scales. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and the overall success of Minga.
