The Senior Partnership Manager will play a key role in building and scaling a strategic partner ecosystem across North America.

Accountabilities:
The Senior Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding a high-performing partner ecosystem by driving acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
- Build and manage a portfolio of agency, affiliate, and e-commerce partners across North America.
- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies through outbound prospecting, industry networks, marketplaces, and ecosystem relationships.
- Own the complete partnership lifecycle, including identifying prospects, negotiating agreements, onboarding partners, enabling success, and driving long-term growth.
- Establish strong relationships with partners and act as a trusted advisor to help them maximize business opportunities.
- Support partners with go-to-market strategies, revenue generation initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage partnership pipelines, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue contribution.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner programs, processes, and overall ecosystem performance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within SaaS and e-commerce environments.
- Drive measurable results by consistently acquiring new revenue-generating partners and growing existing relationships.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced partnerships professional with a strong background in SaaS business development, channel sales, and revenue growth. You should be comfortable building relationships from scratch, managing commercial conversations, and operating independently in a remote environment.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience creating and scaling partnership programs, preferably within an early-stage or growth environment.
- Demonstrated success acquiring partners through outbound prospecting and managing partnership pipelines.
- Experience working with agencies, e-commerce businesses, affiliates, or technology partners.
- Strong commercial skills, including discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proven ability to manage revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Experience representing a company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with partnership and sales tools such as PartnerStack, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce technology landscape is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
