Telespeech Therapy has been providing in-person and remote speech services to children and adults of all ages since 2015.  Telespeech Therapy's private practice clinic offers comprehensive treatment for a wide range of speech and language disorders. From infants to senior adults, our expert team is skilled in treating a wide variety of speech and language disorders. Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Relaxed atmosphere We seek an experienced and charismatic SLP who wants to influence the lives of others through their leadership in our clinic and community on a per-diem basis. The SLP will evaluate and design patient care plans and mentor/supervise our in-house SLPAs.  This position is IN-PERSON only at our Bakersfield, CA clinic. Responsibilities include: Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders. Experience diagnosing cognitive communication and swallowing disorders also is preferred.   Maintain timely and accurate records of your patient visits and develop succinct evaluation reports and treatment plans.  Collaborate with the treating staff, patients, and their families on best practices for treatment plan implementation to ensure the highest outcomes for our patients.  Provide SLPA supervision in adherence to ASHA standards.  Job Types: Part-time, Per diem Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week Benefits: Continuing education credits Dental insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Vision insurance Schedule: After school Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Work setting: Clinic In-person Private practice License/Certification: CA Speech Language Pathology License (Required) Work Location: In person
