Senior Data Test Engineer / SDET

We are seeking a Senior Data Test Engineer / SDET with strong experience in data engineering, quality engineering, test automation, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating modern data platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and backend services while ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Python.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience developing and validating ETL/ELT data pipelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of data quality and data validation.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with REST API test automation using Karate or similar tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong end-to-end testing experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Kafka and asynchronous backend testing.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Databricks testing and data validation frameworks.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• 
  

  Docker and Kubernetes.

  E-commerce domain experience.
