Accountabilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units or groups, influencing talent acquisition strategies.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment plans to attract specialized mortgage talent.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices, coaching hiring managers and recruitment teams.
• Analyze sector trends and talent market data to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
• Lead and participate in change management and communication plans related to talent initiatives.
• Develop regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance and business impact.
• Manage complex recruitment projects and resolve strategic issues independently while aligning with business objectives.

• Typically 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, particularly in specialized or complex talent markets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Sound judgment and autonomy in managing non-routine situations and projects.
