Citadel Fence is a growing fence installation company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial fencing solutions. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, customer service, and long-term relationships. As we expand, we’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence and lead sales efforts across the region.
The Role
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the New Brunswick West region, covering Fredericton, Oromocto, Saint John, Quispamsis, St. Stephen, Woodstock. This role is focused on growing the business within the assigned territory by developing new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The position works with a mix of residential homeowners and commercial customers, including builders, contractors, property managers, and municipalities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales territory for residential and commercial fence projects
Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and site visits
Meet with clients to assess needs, perform measurements, and recommend fencing solutions
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial accounts
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM
Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
3+ years of outside sales experience (construction, fencing, landscaping, or home improvement preferred)
Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline
Comfortable working with both residential and commercial customers
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with estimating, blueprints, or site measurements is a plus
