Accountabilities:
As a Workday HCM Post Production Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients after implementation by resolving issues, optimizing configurations, and ensuring ongoing success with their Workday solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide expert guidance, and contribute to continuous improvements across client environments.
- Deliver high-quality Workday HCM support services, helping clients enhance and optimize their business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday HCM issues while providing timely and effective solutions.
- Partner directly with clients to understand requirements, manage requests, and ensure successful delivery of support activities.
- Prioritize and manage multiple client requests or tickets while meeting agreed service expectations.
- Participate in internal training sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvements that strengthen team performance and service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to build trusted relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support team development activities, including mentoring consultants and managing escalations when applicable.
- Assist with solution scoping and the creation of sales-related materials by leveraging Workday expertise when required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a Workday HCM-certified professional with hands-on experience supporting Workday environments in a client-facing role. You should combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Workday HCM Certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner supporting customers of various sizes.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to evaluate different perspectives when addressing challenges.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection with recommended bandwidth of 20 Mbps.
