Job Description - Rental Equipment Coordinator - Richmond Hill ON

Rental Coordinator – Richmond Hill

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Rental Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating rental coordination & delivery to Cansel clients across Ontario, Quebec,  and Atlantic from a fulfillment facility in Richmond Hill, ON. Reporting to the Rental Manager you will schedule all rental equipment operations for clients in the geo-spatial survey, mapping and scanning industry.

In this role, you will...
• Create and schedule rental contracts
• Configure rental equipment & systems to customer’s specifications
• Inspect, calibrate and maintain rental equipment
• Schedule and plan equipment service & maintenance
• Manage delivery logistics
• Maintain up to date equipment checklists
• Manage product lifecycle of rental equipment to keep current
• Maintain rental area in a clean and professional manner
• Assist with the set up of new equipment when needed.

About you...
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work within a team environment and also possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong Administration Skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Technically savvy
• Service desk experience (i.e. calibration, set-up etc.)
• Experience loading software onto field devices
• Excellent verbal, phone and email communication
• Rental coordination and Electronics experience are assets
