About the role
At Innovasea, we are the leading innovator and trusted source of underwater data, insights, and technology. Our mission is to empower sustainable ecosystems and optimize the performance of our partners’ use and conservation of oceans and waterways.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer systems operate at peak performance. This position is repair-focused, requiring hands-on troubleshooting and repair of returned electronic equipment. The candidate must be comfortable performing detailed repairs, maintaining accurate records in our internal repair database, and ensuring timely updates for tracking and reporting purposes.
In addition to repair responsibilities, the role involves providing exceptional customer support via email and phone communications. The candidate will also collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering teams to assist with product assembly, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Position and Location:
This is a full-time position which will be located at Innovasea’s facility in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
