Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the Customer service representative ensures technical and commercial coordination with the external sales representatives as well as with distributors, contractors, engineers and lighting agencies . He(she) establishes and maintains a relationship of trust with internal and external customers by offering high quality services.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Knowledge of another language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues who are mostly located outside Québec. The company has few clients in Québec and must therefore constantly use another language to communicate outside Québec
