Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support the operation of economic experiments at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management. Key Responsibilities: Recruit research participants by visiting McGill classes and posting approved recruitment materials across campus. Maintain a Qualtrics-based participant recruitment platform and associated databases. Communicate with participants, including sending study invitations and reminders and responding to inquiries. Assist in the administration of laboratory and online economic experiments. Welcome and monitor participants during experimental sessions. Read and explain study instructions to participants when required. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during experiments. Operate and oversee computer equipment and software used in the laboratory. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to research protocols involving human participants
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
