We are seeking a full-time Residential Cleaner at our Oakland Avenue location, which is located in a charming neighbour of East London, ON. We take pride in our buildings and as a Residential Cleaner, you would play an essential role in keeping buildings clean and tidy. 
 
SUMMARY
Working Monday to Friday, this position is responsible for cleaning common areas of the buildings at our Oakland Avenue site, which include 232-240 and 250 Oakland.

DUTIES
•    Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash floors
•    Wash doors and windows in common areas
•    Wash elevator doors and tracks
•    Clean chute rooms and covers
•    Bag and empty garbage and recycling
•    Wipe door knobs, lights, sconces, baseboards, exercise equipment, and extinguisher cabinets

•    Assist with snow removal and salt application as required 
•    Ensure supply room and mail area is clean and organized
  
REQUIREMENTS
•    1-2 years of related cleaning experience, preferably in residential buildings
•    Proficient spoken and written English
•    Courteous manners with the public
•    Punctual and reliable
•    Able to work independently of direct supervision
•    Criminal background check required
