Residential Installation Supervisor

• Supervising in the installation of residential windows and doors
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards
• Work directly with European window and door products and systems
• Perform site visits, measurements, and pre-installation planning
• Train and guide installers to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship
• Identify and resolve installation issues on-site
• Coordinate with homeowners, project managers, and contractors
• Travel to residential job sites as required

• Proven experience in residential window and door installation
• Hands-on experience with European systems is required
• Prior supervisory or lead installer experience
• Strong knowledge of installation methods, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructions
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with high-end or custom residential homes
• Familiarity with tilt-turn, lift-and-slide, and multi-point locking systems
• Safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) are a plus
