We’re building a tight, high-performing painting crew for a growing residential painting business, and we’re looking for people who take pride in quality work, show up prepared, and want to be part of something that runs professionally and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  

  Interior and exterior residential painting projects

  
  


• 
  

  Surface prep, masking, sanding, patching, and cleanup

  
  


• 
  

  Applying paint with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Working on-site and managing a small team while being accountable for results

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating professionally with clients

  
  


• 
  

  Following clear systems and quality standards on every job

  
  

You’ll be trusted to do real work and expected to do it well.
