What is the opportunity?

Accountable for property management of our residential portfolio of single family homes, duplexes and triplexes.  Ensuring excellent customer service, outstanding teamwork with other Team Members and our Contactors. You will reap the benefits of working in a smaller, but successful and growing Real Estate Investment Company.

As a licensed Realtor, you will also provide Real Estate Services in terms of searching for, negotiating, and purchasing new residential properties for our portfolio of houses.

You will have the opportunity to “wear many different hats” and expand your skills and knowledge beyond just one area.  You will report directly to the Owner and significantly improve your knowledge and skills in real estate investing, learning from an expert.

Travel required in the West GTA and Southern Ontario – Car allowance provided.

 What is my role?

1.     Overall Property Management of our residential portfolio.

2.     Providing great customer service to our Tenants.

3.     Advertising, showing, evaluating and selecting A-level Tenants. This is critical to our success.

4.     Working closely with and managing our power team of Contractors.

5.     Real Estate Agent: Searching, negotiating, and purchasing quality residential properties in Southern Ontario.

6.     Working closely with and assisting the Owner in the operation of the company.

7.     Involved with special projects that will grow your knowledge and skill sets.

8.     You can continue to work on your Realtor business (with a commission split)

·         Preferred three years+ of residential property management experience.

·         Preferred three years+ of showing and selecting A-level residential Tenants.

·         When there is a vacancy, must be willing to show properties on some evenings and/or one day on the weekend, using our “auction like environment” rental system.

·         Realtors license required, with preferred three years+ of Real Estate Agent experience.

·         Ability to meet deadlines and schedules, independently setting priorities.

Compensation

·         $70,000 to $80,000 (including 10% target performance bonus)
