Based in Victoria, BC, you will guide installation crews, manage daily site activity, and ensure each roofing project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in maintaining production timelines, coordinating materials, and upholding safety compliance across projects throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate residential roofing teams on custom home projects across Victoria.
• Oversee full project execution, from material staging through final installation.
• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including tear-offs and re-roof applications.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Allocate daily assignments and manage crew productivity on site.
• Maintain jobsite safety practices and enforce proper use of equipment and fall protection.
• Track project progress and provide updates to management regarding timelines and job status.
• Train junior roofers and new hires on installation best practices and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of roofing materials and tools.

• Extensive experience in residential roofing, including proven leadership on job sites.
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, flashing details, and installation techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage crews and maintain high performance standards.
• Ability to interpret work orders and execute project specifications accurately.
• Solid knowledge of jobsite safety protocols and safe work practices.
• Effective communication skills with both field teams and supervisors.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to project sites in Victoria, BC.
