FULL TIME-SEASONAL

WAGE- &18.09 Plus Gratuity

4 to 5 Shifts per week. Weekends required

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The purpose of this role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during their meal service at all food and beverage full-service assignments

• Take guest orders for food & beverage, Process orders using the POS system
• Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages
• Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room or off site location
• Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FROM ME?

• Must have Smart Serve Certificate
• Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
