Primarily provides sales merchandising coverage and coverage of retail special projects for an assigned territory through in-store execution of our client’s priorities and objectives as set forth by Management to achieve superior in-store results in an assigned territory.

• Handheld reporting
• Merchandising
• Maintaining 100% distribution of existing items
• Ensuring adherence to shelving guidelines and plan-o-grams
• Pricing audits
• Building displays and placing point-of-sale material
• Building relationships with store personnel
• Negotiating product placement
• Communicating client information and selling promotions

• Travel throughout an assigned territory and conduct regular visits to retail stores.
• Meet with store managers to review client priorities, initiatives, and follow-up actions.
• Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising activities according to established guidelines.
• Ensure products are in stock, properly positioned, and displayed in accordance with planograms and store standards.
• Present and introduce new products to store managers during product launches.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and store teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, increase sales, and grow business within assigned accounts.
