Job Description - Reverse Inventory Coordinator (Calgary South)

The position:

As a Reverse Inventory Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting a seamless customer experience by managing damaged inventory efficiently and accurately within our Inventory Team. This hands-on position is responsible for sorting, documenting, assessing, cleaning, and coordinating the movement of products to our clearance center, while working closely with internal teams and external partners. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sort, assess, document, and coordinate the cleaning or servicing of damaged products received in the ICDA.
  • Process product transfers to the clearance center and coordinate outbound shipments with Reverse Logistics.
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate inventory tracking, status updates, and product movements in the SWEET system.
  • Process return authorizations with manufacturers and communicate issued credits or billing details to management.
  • Maintain an organized damage area, monitor delays or outstanding issues, and escalate concerns to management as needed.

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with inventory control, product handling, and accurate documentation.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving products, and using non-powered lifting equipment.

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm
