Role Description:

Arcadis is seeking a talented Revit Content Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of high-quality Revit content and families to support design teams across various projects and disciplines. You will ensure that the content aligns with industry standards, project/client requirements, and company guidelines, enabling seamless collaboration and efficient workflows across teams.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and libraries to meet project needs and ensure consistency across projects


• Standardize content to align with industry best practices, client requirements, and/or company standards


• Regularly review and update existing Revit content to improve functionality, accuracy, and efficiency


• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all Revit content is error-free, optimized, and adheres to required standards


• Troubleshoot issues related to Revit content and resolve technical challenges for project teams


• Work closely with design teams, BIM Coordinators, and project managers to understand content requirements and provide tailored solutions


• Provide training and support to team members on the use of Revit content, templates, and libraries


• Act as a primary point of contact for any Revit content-related inquiries or issues


• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols across all projects

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with BIM Concepts and industry standards 


• Proven experience in developing and managing Revit families, templates, and libraries in multidisciplinary environments


• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and processes


• Proficiency in Revit and complementary BIM tools/software


• Familiarity with/exposure to Maximo and CodeBook requirements


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams


• Familiarity with industry-specific requirements (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction)
