Robogals: First Year Representative

Robogals is an international, student-run organization that aims to inspire, engage, and empower young women to consider studying engineering and technology-related fields. To achieve this mission, Robogals’ primary activity is hosting free, interactive, engineering-based workshops for students in local elementary and high schools.

As a First Year Representative, you will be part of the Robogals executive team, playing a key role in spreading the Robogals mission among first-year students and supporting the club’s initiatives. As an executive team member, you are responsible for attending weekly executive meetings and contributing to club-wide events whenever possible. As First Year Representative, your role specific tasks include:

• Promoting Robogals events and opportunities to first-year students.
• 
  Assisting executive members (Marketing, Sponsorship, Outreach, Training, and Operations) with tasks aligned to your interests and skillset.

  Planning and running one full workshop, from development to execution, helping to develop your leadership and organization skills.
