As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Service Roofing Labourer to join our Service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, problem-solving on the spot, and working on active sites where no two calls are the same.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Service Foreman and technicians with on-site roof leak investigations, repairs, and maintenance work on commercial flat roofing systems


• Perform small-scale repairs to SBS, modified bitumen, and other low-slope roofing systems


• Remove and replace damaged roofing materials, flashings, sealants, and membranes as needed


• Prepare roof surfaces for repairs by cleaning, drying, and applying primers and adhesives


• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to various service locations throughout the day


• Support emergency leak calls and urgent repair work in varying weather conditions


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service vehicle and job site


• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and on occupied buildings


• Communicate effectively with the Service Foreman regarding site conditions, materials needed, and repair progress

What You Bring to the Team

• 7+ years of experience working with SBS or other flat/low-slope roofing systems, service or install experience accepted


• Ability to safely use hand and power tools (e.g., propane torches, drills, angle grinders, etc.)


• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and work efficiently in fast-paced, changing environments


• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn from experienced service technicians


• Strong understanding of roofing safety standards and working at heights


• Valid driver’s license, service work often requires travel between sites


• Comfortable travelling between multiple sites in a day

Role Snapshot 

• Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC


• Type: Full-Time, Onsite 

• Hours of Work: M-F, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Hourly: $26-$30 per hour (based on experience

• Reports To: Site Foreman/Superintendent

• Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy
