Roofing Service Manager

CentiMark Ltd. is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Kitchener, ON! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

This role is paying a base salary of $80k - $90k plus generous bonus opportunity!

Job Summary:

• Marketing and developing service
• Scheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing, and selling repair work from some provided leads
• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management/growth of service department

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing - Required
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
• Candidate MUST be a current Canadian Citizen
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
