Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5 
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite 
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Salary: 80,000 - $110,000 (Based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday    

Reports To: Roofing Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Roofing Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of roofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the roofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and manage roofing crews on-site to ensure efficient project completion


• Act as a liaison with general contractors, architects, engineers, and inspection agencies


• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and scheduling requirements


• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project timelines


• Work closely with office teams, coordinators, and purchasers to streamline operations


• Oversee shop and field operations, including supervising a driver, foremen, and up to 30 employees


• Ensure adherence to RCABC roofing detailing standards


• Adapt to changing project demands and provide solutions in real-time

What You Bring to the Team

• 5-10 years of roofing experience in a leadership role, such as a foreman or superintendent


• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and building envelope standards


• RCABC background with a solid understanding of apprenticeship programs


• Red Seal Journeyman certification is required


• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction specifications and safety standards


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
