As part of the Optimization team, you will play a key role in planning delivery routes for our drivers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan delivery driver routes using route planning and optimization software.

• Ensure routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments when necessary.

• Communicate promptly with the Team Lead regarding technical issues or any situation that could cause delays in route optimization.

• Monitor truck departures according to station schedules and report any delays or issues to the Team Lead.

• Ensure data accuracy before, during, and after processing, in accordance with established protocols.

• Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses flagged as errors, following established procedures.

• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to department improvements by identifying challenges and optimization issues.

• Collaborate with team members and provide support when required.

• Perform any other related duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.

• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to interactions with teams and partners across Canada.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.

• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and efficiently.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Team player with strong collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Experience in transportation and logistics is considered an asset.

• Knowledge of geocoding is considered an asset.
