Contract (9 months)

Must Have's:

• 8+ years experience with the following as a Business Analyst with experience with the following:
• Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and brainstorming workshops for large web-based applications and data analytics solutions.
• Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, use cases, and user stories.
• Demonstrated experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a large project setting
• Writes user stories using standard formats 
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Teams, Azure DevOps.
• Public Sector experience
