Location: Delta, BC
Compensation: $24–$25 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Seasonal

Join the largest RV dealer network in Canada and build hands-on experience working with RV systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.

We are hiring an RV Maintenance Technician to prepare rental units so they are fully customer-ready for the season.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Inspect recreational vehicles to determine repair and maintenance requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Perform comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on rental RVs

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose and complete minor repairs involving appliances, plumbing systems, electrical components, carpentry, and basic automotive maintenance (including oil changes)

  
  


• 
  

  Repair or replace defective or worn parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper functionality and safety

  
  


• 
  

  Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibrations as required

  
  


• 
  

  Review work orders and conduct diagnostic assessments to identify larger repair needs

  
  


• 
  

  Winterize and de-winterize RV units

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with fleet turnaround and vehicle transfers

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up parts and supplies as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Experience in RV repair, automotive, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general renovation/maintenance work

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Class 5 driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable driving vehicles up to 30 feet

  
  


• 
  

  Available for rotating Saturdays and peak-season overtime

  
  


• 
  

  RV Level 1 Certification is an asset but not required
