What You Can Earn

• Uncapped commission-based income


• Intro pay up to $5000 per month for the first 3 months


• Top performers earn $100,000 - $300,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers and learn about their travel goals and lifestyle


• Demonstrate RVs through engaging walkarounds and product presentations


• Match customers with the RV that best fits their needs and budget


• Follow up on leads and build lasting customer relationships


• Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience


• Continuously build your product knowledge and sales expertise

What We're Looking For

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Self-motivation and a desire to achieve goals


• Availability to work weekends during peak season
