RV Sales Consultant - Abbotsford, BC

If you're an experienced salesperson who knows how to build relationships, uncover what a customer really wants, and confidently guide them to a buying decision, we'd like to meet you.

Fraserway RV is looking for a proven sales professional to join our team. You don't need previous RV sales experience, but you do need a track record of sales success and a genuine interest in the RV lifestyle because you're not just selling a vehicle. 

You're helping people choose how they want to spend their weekends, vacations, and time with family. And to do that well, you need to understand the lifestyle you're selling. 

What You'll Do

As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

You'll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs, budget, travel plans, and lifestyle


• Ask the right questions to determine what type of RV is the best fit


• Present and demonstrate RVs in a way that connects features to the customer's needs


• Conduct professional walkarounds and product demonstrations


• Respond to leads and follow up consistently with prospective customers


• Negotiate and close sales while creating a positive customer experience


• Work with our Finance, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience


• Stay current on RV products, features, technology, and industry trends


• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business

Who We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated that they can sell, build relationships, follow up, and close.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• A proven track record in sales


• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting through to closing


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• A competitive, results-oriented mindset


• The discipline to consistently follow up with customers and leads


• The ability to listen, ask good questions, and understand customer needs


• Confidence presenting products and discussing significant purchasing decisions


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• A professional approach and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

RV Experience Is Not Required. RV Passion Is.

You don't have to have sold RVs before. You might come from automotive, real estate, powersports, marine, telecommunications, furniture, financial services, or another sales environment. But if you don't have RV sales experience, you should have a genuine connection to the RV and outdoor lifestyle.

If you camp, travel, fish, hike, explore, or simply love spending time outdoors, you'll have a much easier time understanding our customers and selling something you can genuinely get excited about.
