About this role:


The Sales Administrator supports the Sales team at Tamarack Developments, reporting to the Senior Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This role coordinates documentation for home sales and construction, maintains organized records, and ensures alignment between departments such as Legal, Drafting, Estimating, and Construction. The Sales Administrator also assists with sales meetings, supports the setup of sales offices and model homes, manages pricing updates, reviews purchase agreements, and provides general administrative and operational support to the team.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the Sales Manager in preparing for weekly and monthly sales and design meetings.

  • Coordinate with legal, Land Development, Drafting, Estimating, and Construction Management departments to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, advertising, and construction requirements.

  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical customer records, tracking all necessary documentation for home construction.

  • Assist with the setup, preparation, and ongoing support of sales offices and model homes.

  • Provide operational and IT support to sales offices, including managing supplies and materials..

  • Review purchase agreements for accuracy and compliance with company standards, flagging any discrepancies as needed.

  • Maintain and distribute updated price lists to the sales team on a weekly basis.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and record management.

  • Support other administrative tasks and special projects as required.


Statement of Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an asset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with regular access to a vehicle is preferred.


Physical/Sensory Effort/Work Environment



  • Providing service to several people or departments, working under many simultaneous deadlines.

  • Evening and weekend work might be required at times to support the opening hours of our sales sites.

  • Sitting or standing for long periods of time at workstation.

  • Travel may be required for the role.

  • Overtime may be required.
