Job Description - Sales Administrator

We are looking to hire a new member to our sales staff that can aid in the sales of new and used Highway Tanker Trucks.

In an effort to keep up with an increasing demand of tankers, Dependable Truck & Tank is looking for qualified candidates with a sales/marketing background capable of maintaining multiple job files through multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Aide and assist with new Truck and Tank Pricing and Quoting
Part Assembly Price Updates
Customer Service on project updates
Providing Production with workbooks to build what is sold
Working with Sales Manager with scheduling and to maintain files
Working with Purchasing to maintain pricing sheets
Maintain used vehicle inventory documentation and pricing
Participate in the maintenance of production schedule

Requirements:

Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree with 3+ years experience ideally in a production or transportation environment
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple Job files
Self-motivated
Team player
Punctual attendance
Eagerness to work and get the job done
Great attention to detail to ensure outmost customer satisfaction
Valid drivers license
