NOW HIRING: Sales Administrator 

LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, PEI 

HOURS: Full time/Permanent, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm and rotation of Saturday mornings from 9am-1pm

WAGES: Salary $40,000 - $50,000 + benefits (negotiable depending on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Exceptional client service and phone skills are essential.


• Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and computer skills.


• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs.


• Reliable and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and a collaborative attitude.


• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.


• Valid driver's license required.


• Knowledge of vehicles is considered a valuable asset, but not mandatory.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Greet everyone warmly and professionally, fostering a positive environment.


• Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing them as needed.


• Provide administrative support to Sales Management.


• Assign incoming leads to Sales Staff.


• Enter data  to maintain and manage spreadsheets. Send weekly traffic reports to Management.


• Take photos of Pre-Owned vehicles and upload them to our website.


• Co-ordinate between Sales and Service Departments ensuring that internal work is completed in a timely fashion.


• Manage Access PEI documentation as required.


• Assist in maintaining the display of vehicles. Stock in new vehicles and prepare window tags.


• Perform general administrative tasks like filing, copying, and faxing.


• Assist Office Administrator with some administrative tasks.


• Engage in general daily cleaning duties to maintain facility cleanliness. Keep the cafe stocked.


• Assist with client shuttle drives on occasion.
