About the Role
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Beverage Sales (US) team with providing exceptional customer service to our US sales team and their B2B partners. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process and maintaining positive relationships with customers. This is a temporary position with a potential for permanent employment following a 6-month performance review.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, generating quotes, and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
- Assist the sales team with various tasks, including data entry, lead generation, and managing sales-related documentation.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Maintain the customer database, update contact information, and track sales activities.
- Oversee order fulfillment and shipping processes to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement streamlined procedures to enhance productivity.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information within the CRM system.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales and operations matters.
- Assist in organizing sales events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- New item setup and maintenance for customer's portals, Spins data, and Range.ME, etc.
- Review inventory and code dating accuracy within our systems.
About You
- You bring 5+ years of experience supporting a sales team with at least 1-2 years of experience supporting a US sales team
- You bring 2+ years of experience with NetSuite, CRM administration, and order processing
- You have experience with two or more key tools such as Xero, One World Sync, Demand Tech, VIP, and Satori Spins with a natural ability to learn systems quickly
- You have strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis
- You can thrive as an individual and part of a team, working closely with cross-functional teams
- You have a natural ability to handle inquiries, provide product information, and ensure our partners feel valued
- You proactively identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance productivity
- You have some experience in Sports Nutrition, Health and Wellness, or the CPG industry, but it is not required
- You are comfortable working across time zones as needed.

Salary Range (CAD)
- Temp: $31–$39/hour
- Full-Time: $60–75k (DOE) + 10% bonus
