Our misison is to find a Sales and Ad Ops Specialist who has experience establishing communication and engagement with clients. This specialist will work with our sales team with pre- and post-sale support and will report to the Ad Operations Manager in a hybrid working model, to be in the office 2-3/week .
Campaign Management
Manage daily operations of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels to ensure delivery completion while on target and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, including target optimization, creative refreshes, and communicating changes to appropriate parties for approval.
Work on forecasted impressions, delivery reports, and coordination between operations, sales, and our clients.
Resolve billing discrepancies (include working with our billing support and finance team).
Sales Support
Understand how to measure campaign success while managing client expectations (provide optimization suggestions, track updates, and help resolve issues should there be a need)
Experience maintaining an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to ensure accuracy when creating insertion orders, updating sales opportunities, and communicating with clients
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to our clients during the sales process or client interactions
Proficiency in presenting campaign reports and campaign-level insights.
Technical Skills Required
You have experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, and can perform complex functions while using spreadsheet such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.
You understand digital advertising and the difference between managed service, programmatic selling, and open exchange
You are informed of industry trends and new technologies in digital advertising.
You have a general understanding on how to troubleshoot ad tag issues
Core Skills Required
You can set goals and meet timelines while communicating progress to clients and team members.
You are good at running meetings and providing follow-ups (including status updates and meeting summaries).
You can be entrusted to complete assigned tasks independently or work with others to meet common goals.
