Job Description - Sales & Partnership Coordinator QA & Video Game Localization
Are you passionate about games, curious about QA and localization, and ready to grow in a fast-paced international environment?
Join our scale-up studio in Montréal and help us build meaningful partnerships with game developers and publishers. You’ll work alongside industry veterans and represent Altagram at some of the most exciting events in the industry.
YOUR ROLE
Support our sales strategy: Assist in executing our go-to-market approach for functional, localization, and compliance QA services, as well as game localization.
Build client connections: Research prospects, support business development efforts, and nurture relationships with key accounts.
Coordinate across teams: Work closely with our Marketing, QA, and Localization teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
Learn the market: Stay updated on the North American gaming scene and share insights with the team.
Assist in proposals and planning: Help prepare client proposals, pricing suggestions, and contribute to internal planning and forecasting.
Represent Altagram: Attend gaming events like GDC, XDS, Gamescom, MIGS, and assist in organizing client meetings and travel.
1+ years experience in sales, testing, or client-facing roles, ideally in tech, games, or localization/QA.
Interest or basic knowledge of QA processes (bug tracking, test plans, JIRA) and localization workflows.
Strong communication skills in English & French (other languages are a plus).
Comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to learn sales techniques.
Organized, reliable, and proactive, with an ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Real passion for gaming and curiosity about the business side of game development.
