Job Summary

Cedarglen Homes is looking for a charismatic Sales Associate to join our growing and dynamic Sales Team and work in one of our showhomes. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager and the Sales Manager, this individual will be mentored closely amongst members of the Sales Team and in turn they will be provided with a great opportunity for career development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and homebuyers in a welcoming manner and provide superior customer service to those looking for more information.


• Maintain a high level of professionalism when working in the showhomes and ensure the sales centre and all marketing collateral are always presentable.


• Provide consistent communication and follow-up with homebuyers as they progress throughout their homebuilding journey.


• Assist in meeting sales targets and goals throughout the year.


• Communicate and collaborate with the team at head office to ensure customer files are processed in a timely, and accurate manner.


• Perform basic administrative duties including filing, photocopying, maintaining customer records, etc.


• Other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager and/or Sales Manager.
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a preference for production home sales experience
  


• Strong communication and customer-focused approach


• Comfortable working with multiple software systems and detailed documentation processes

Typical Showhome Hours

• Monday to Thursday from 2-8pm


• Closed Fridays


• Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays from 12-5pm


• *Note: You may be asked to attend Sales Meetings outside showhome hours from time to time.
