As a Sales Consultant at Simmons Honda you’ll guide customers through every step of their vehicle-buying journey, from the first test drive to the final handshake, helping them find the vehicle that perfectly fits their lifestyle. You play a critical role in shaping the Simmons Powerhouse experience by building genuine relationships, understanding each customer’s needs, and delivering an honest, high-energy buying journey that keeps customers coming back and referring friends and family. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Engage Customers – Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend the right Honda product.


• Product Knowledge & Demonstration – Stay informed on models, trends, and promotions while showcasing vehicle features, accessories, and service options.


• Sales Process Management – Guide customers from initial interest to final purchase, ensuring a smooth buying experience.


• Customer Relationships – Build long-term connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Sales & Operations – Meet or exceed sales targets, process paperwork, manage inventory, and maintain an organized showroom.


• Teamwork & Marketing – Collaborate with the service team, assist in marketing events, and support customer outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience & Passion – 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports is a plus); enthusiasm for powersports and knowledge of Honda is beneficial.


• Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships with customers.


• Customer-Focused & Goal-Driven – A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales goals.


• Adaptability & Organization – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Licensing & Compliance – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
