Title: Sales Consultant / Assistant F&I Manager

Location: Myers Manotick Jeep

Salary: $50,000 to $100,000 (commission based)

What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person, over the phone, and through electronic messaging.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Coordinate test drives and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Assist the finance managers to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the financial institutions, manufacturers; sources and manage alternative/competitive interest rates and finance programs.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • For this role, come equipped with:

  • Clean criminal record.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • OMVIC certification.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
