About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our communities—guiding buyers through their homebuying journey, showcasing our models and floorplans, and helping turn dream homes into reality. Key Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate and inspire the on-site sales team.
Oversee preparation and communication of sales centre work schedules.
Ensure that the sales centre and show homes are clean, organized and appropriately staffed.
Perform periodic competitive market analysis and provide pricing and incentive recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate sales & marketing strategies, campaigns and events with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.
Ensure that traffic data is collected and captured in reporting to management.
Ensure that all sales team purchase agreements are complete, accurate and promptly processed.
Ensure current product knowledge of EQ models, pricing, floorplans, selections and options.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with the realtor community.
Lead the sales team in creating a stellar customer experience!
About You:
A minimum of five years’ experience in new home sales
Organized and detail-oriented with superior critical thinking skills
Strong, professional communicating (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Suitable professional business attire at all times
Post-secondary education required and/or relevant work experience
The ability to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals
The ability to create a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Bilingual skills are desirable (French/English)
Experience with real estate CRM software (Lasso)
Professional sales training
