Performance Lexus is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Selling and leasing vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
  
• Providing exceptional service to visiting customers. 
  
• Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers. 
  
• Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries.
  
• Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
  
• Keep customers updated by phone as to the progress of their vehicle’s delivery and pick-up.
  
• Other duties as assigned by management

What you need to succeed:

• 1-3 year of previous automotive sales experience preferred  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong computer skills - digital and social media experience an asset.
  
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
  
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. 
  
• Must have a valid OMVIC license or be willing to obtain an OMVIC license,
  
• Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
