The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of our employer partners.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)
  • Salary: $20 per hour + commissions
  • Job Summary:

    The employer partner is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Communicate with B2B and B2C clients to close sales.
  • Prospect, engage, and acquire new clients within the commercial sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, and facility managers.
  • Customize junk removal solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of commercial clients.
  • Implement and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Proven success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate, and property management sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
