The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of our employer partners.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends as needed)

Salary: $20 per hour + commissions

Job Summary:

The employer partner is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.

Communicate with B2B and B2C clients to close sales.

Prospect, engage, and acquire new clients within the commercial sector.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, and facility managers.

Customize junk removal solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of commercial clients.

Implement and utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

3+ years of experience with CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Pipedrive

Proven success in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the service industry.

Strong understanding of the commercial real estate, and property management sectors.
