Role - Sales Director / General Manager

Key position for a Senior Sales Leader or General Manager to head up the North American market for my international exterior envelope & balconies client.
This role is designed to help facilitate the growth in clients, revenue and profit for the business and it requires a strategic leader who has a great understanding on the construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the sales operation in Canada.
- To attain all business plan sales targets and objectives.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets within budget and resources allocate.
- Develop sales strategy, tactics and targets to achieve international growth targets
- Maintain cost effective operations wherever possible.
- Monitor sales performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports to Senior Sales Leadership
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications/Expectations
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- A flair for analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Excellent presentation, organisational and time-management skills.
- Accurate record keeper including maintaining of CRM records
- Good knowledge of and skills with MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally when required.
