Job Description - Sales Enablement Coordinator (1 Year Contract)
The successful candidate will act as a creative sales enablement communicator and project manager, who coordinates all department engagements, creates and executes internal marketing and communication, and helps prepare for and conduct sales learning experiences to help Sales Enablement initiatives in Toronto, North America and Globally. Travel not required, or by request only.
What is this role responsible for?
Directly support the Sales Enablement: Learning|Customer Experience Team in all areas of project and event execution and coordination; with onsite attendance at Toronto location events
Utilizing a workback schedule, manage a broad variety of logistics, planning and supply/gift ordering for participants involved in training and engagements of multiple types including booking hotels, venues, transportation/catering/ reservations and handling payments following corporate procedures.
Work with stakeholders to create and ensure cohesive execution of learning events
Collaborate and coordinate internal communications i.e. surveys on behalf of the Sales Enablement team; update team page on website.
Manage timelines and lead and/or assist Marketing efforts to update and oversee printing of training manuals, reference library, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. Help assure course material is current, proactively doing so as needed. Create efficiencies to streamline process and meet deadlines.
Directing external creative partners, provide direction around graphic design and managing standards
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with leaders, admin and showroom managers across the organization’s locations; some additional coordination at HQ location to support Learning events
Proactive, organized and self-motivated team contributor
Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellence in corporate events and / or project administration
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem solving ability
Passion for creating positive experiences for learners
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other presentation building tools
Aptitude for adopting new technology platforms
Corporate marketing coordinator experience is an asset
